You'll learn all the steps to make traditional Hand-made Tagliatelle, Gnocchi and Ravioli Pasta filled with Spinach and Ricotta Cheese.
We will cook together "Chianina" Beef-sauce; "Aglione" (typical sweet garlic) sauce; and Rocket/Arugula Pesto to season the Pasta.
You'll enjoy a complete dinner with also some Appetizers (only local products) and Dessert and we will match the food with some local Wines and Prosecco to celebrate this unique experience!
